At Axiomflix, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand firmly behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make it right.
Cancellations Orders can be canceled before they enter the shipping process. To cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@axiomflix.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the packaging and shipping phase, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Returns and Refunds We offer a 15-day return policy on regular-priced, unused, and undamaged products from the date of delivery. Eligibility for returns is based on the item's original purchase price and condition at the time of return.
To start a return for eligible items:
- Email our support team at support@axiomflix.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll guide you through the return process and provide next steps
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you received a defective item or if your product was damaged during shipping, we'll cover the return shipping costs. Simply document the damage with photos and contact our support team for assistance.
